PJ LIBRARY ALL AROUND TOWN

Dates: Sunday Afternoons: November 19th, January 28th, April 14th, and June 2nd

Description:  Come play with other PJ Families all around town! Join us at the Zoo, Lady Bug Play Space, Wild Wings Bird Sanctuary, and Springdale Farm. Connect with other Jewish families, play, and enjoy some kosher snacks. Each program will focus on a Jewish Value. Sign up for one or all! 

• 11/19/23 - Seneca Park Zoo ( 2222 St. Paul St, Roch. 14621) 1-3pm Sign up for an animal presentation and learn about animal habitats and the Jewish Value Shalom Bayit - Peace in the Home.  REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.
• 1/28/24 - Ladybug Play Space (650 Whitney Rd, Fairport, NY 14450). 1:30-3pm* (note 1:30 start time) Come play with friends old and new. Learn about the value of Kavod - respect. THIS PROGRAM IS FULL BUT YOU CAN BE ADDED TO THE WAITLIST.
• 4/14/24 -Wild Wings Birds of Prey Sanctuary (27 Pond Road, Honeoye Falls, NY 14472) 1-3pm - Take a guided tour and visit rescued birds while we learn about Tz'ar ba'alei chayim - Kindness to Animals. THIS PROGRAM IS FULL BUT YOU CAN BE ADDED TO THE WAITLIST. 
• 6/2/24 - Springdale Farm (700 Colby St, Spencerport, NY 14559) 1-3pm Enjoy the Farm Animals as we tour the farm. We may even get to see the cows in the region’s first Robotic Milking Parlor.  We will learn about Bal tashchit - Caring for the environment.
