Sunday Funday at the (P)J: Family Zumba

Location: JCC Dance Studio, 1200 Edgewood Avenue 

Description: Join PJ Library and the JCC each month for family fun programs with a Jewish twist. Start the New Year taking care of your body – the Jewish Mitzvah of Shmirat Haguf. Taking care of ourselves brings out the best in us and allows us to do our best. Family Zumba gives you and your family a chance to be active together while improving coordination, endurance and strength.  Experience easy to follow routines, rhythms and music from all over the world. Snacks and crafts will be provided. Zumba will start at 1:30pm. 

There is no fee to attend this program but registration is required.
